Jobber vs Workiz: the short answer
Jobber publishes its prices and Workiz does not. Jobber Core is $49 a month, billed monthly with no commitment, as read on October 23, 2026, and Workiz shows Request pricing on Standard, Pro and Ultimate. Jobber’s trial runs 14 days on Grow features and Workiz’s runs 7, and neither asks for a card to start.
Pick Jobber to see a price before talking to anyone. Pick Workiz when QuickBooks Online sync on its entry plan matters, and ask it for a quote first.

Try Jobber →Prices: published plans against request pricing
Jobber’s entry plan is Core at $49 a month, billed monthly with no commitment, or $29 a month billed annually. Connect for one user is $139 a month billed monthly with no commitment, or $99 billed annually. Jobber’s page says its prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax where applicable.
Workiz prints no figure on any plan card or in its comparison table, and its pricing page has no billing toggle. Its FAQ mentions an annual saving without a plan price, so no Workiz cost can sit beside Jobber’s until Workiz gives a quote.
| Question | Jobber | Workiz |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Core: $49 a month, billed monthly, no commitment | Standard: request pricing |
| Trial | 14 days, no card to start | 7 days, no card |
| Automations | Custom automation builder from Grow | 5, 10 or 30 by plan |

| Recurring work | Recurring jobs on every plan | Recurring jobs on Standard; service plans on Ultimate |
| Zapier | From Connect | Ultimate only |
Automations, recurring jobs and service plans
An automation is a rule that acts on its own, such as a follow-up message. Workiz caps automations at 5, 10 or 30 by plan. Jobber’s custom automation builder, which uses triggers, conditions and actions, starts on Grow. Jobber’s automatic quote follow-ups start on Connect, and you set the days they go out.
Recurring jobs are on every Jobber plan, and Jobber says a recurring job adds its visits to the calendar going forward. Workiz includes recurring jobs on Standard. Its service plans (recurring maintenance) and inventory management are on Ultimate only, and Standard leaves out flat rate and multi-day jobs.
Accounting sync, Zapier and payments
Workiz includes QuickBooks Online sync on Standard and Zapier on Ultimate only. Jobber includes both from Connect, so Core has neither.
Workiz lists online payments on every plan and gives no card rate on its pricing page. Jobber lists 2.9% + 30¢ for card payments, 2.7% + 30¢ for Tap to Pay and 1% for bank payments (ACH, US only), with an extra 1% for instant payouts.
Trials and who should pick Jobber or Workiz
- Jobber for a crew that wants published plans, a 14-day trial on Grow features and a custom automation builder from Grow. Start with Jobber pricing.
- Workiz for a crew that needs QuickBooks Online sync on its entry plan and will ask for a quote. Its trial is 7 days with no credit card, and its automations are capped by plan.
For a third option, Jobber vs Housecall Pro sets Housecall Pro’s published prices beside Jobber’s, and Workiz alternatives covers the rest.
