Jobber alternatives: the short answer
The six Jobber alternatives worth pricing for a crew of 1 to 15 are ServiceM8, Kickserv, GorillaDesk, Housecall Pro, Workiz and ServiceTitan. The first four publish prices; Workiz and ServiceTitan sell by request. Each of the four limits a different thing: users, routes or jobs a month.
The baseline is Jobber itself. As read on October 23, 2026, Jobber Core costs $49 a month for 1 user and Jobber Connect costs $199 a month for 5 users, both billed monthly with no commitment.

Try Jobber →Free and cheaper Jobber alternatives: ServiceM8 and Kickserv
ServiceM8 is the only alternative here with a $0 tier. ServiceM8 Free gives 1 user and 30 new jobs a month, and ServiceM8 calls it free for solo operators. Starter is $29 a month with unlimited users and 50 jobs a month. ServiceM8 counts jobs, not users, and creating a new job uses one job credit. Its 14-day trial asks for no card.
Kickserv Start includes 5 users at $75 a month billed monthly, or $60 a month on an annual subscription, with a 30-day trial. Run covers 10 users at $149 a month billed monthly. Kickserv counts anyone added as an employee as a user. Pick ServiceM8 Free for one person with few jobs, and Kickserv Start for 5 users at a lower monthly figure than Jobber Connect.
On the Jobber side, the pricing page lists four paid plans and a 14-day trial, and Jobber's free-tool pages also describe a limited free sign-up of up to five quotes, jobs and invoices a month. Free field service management software covers the zero-dollar options.
Published prices like Jobber's: Housecall Pro and GorillaDesk
Housecall Pro Basic is $79 a month billed monthly, or $59 a month billed annually, for 1 user. Essentials is $189 a month billed monthly for 5 users and adds routes and employee GPS by phone. Its 14-day trial runs on the Max plan with no card. Pick Housecall Pro Essentials for routes and phone GPS. Jobber vs Housecall Pro sets it beside Jobber plan by plan.
GorillaDesk Basic is $49 a month, paid monthly, for 1 route, and each technician who runs their own route counts as one. Routes 2 and 3 on Basic cost $50 a month each, then $30 each from route 4.
Admin, manager, sales and crew users are free, and Basic routing is limited to 25 stops. Its page gives no trial length. Pick GorillaDesk for route pricing with users included. Jobber vs GorillaDesk has the comparison.
Request pricing: Workiz and ServiceTitan
Workiz lists Standard, Pro and Ultimate, and each says Request pricing. Automations are capped at 5, 10 and 30 across the three plans, and Standard leaves out flat rate and multi-day jobs. Workiz gives a 7-day trial with no card. Jobber vs Workiz compares the two.
ServiceTitan prices per technician through a demo. Starter, Essentials and The Works each say Request Pricing, the buttons say Get Demo, and its page lists no trial.
When Jobber is still the pick
Jobber is still the pick for a crew of up to 5 that wants quote and invoice follow-ups to run on their own: Connect is $199 a month for 5 users, billed monthly with no commitment, and sends both. Jobber's own 14-day trial sits between Workiz's 7 days and Kickserv's 30. Sales tax is extra where it applies.
Take a one-person handyman business that waits weeks for payment, wants clients to pay by card or bank transfer, and wants reminders to go out on their own. Connect for 1 user is $139 a month, billed monthly with no commitment. It emails or texts a reminder about an unpaid invoice, and Jobber says that with Jobber Payments the client can pay from that reminder.
Jobber Payments, Jobber's built-in card and bank payment processing, charges 2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 2.7% + 30¢ for Tap to Pay (a card taken on the spot with the phone app and no extra hardware) and 1% for bank payments in the US. These rates are the same on every plan. Jobber says Jobber Payments has no setup fee or monthly charge. The rate shown in your own Jobber account is the one that applies.
