Jobber pricing: four plans, a team-size selector and three billing choices
Jobber's pricing page shows four plans: Core, Connect, Grow and Plus. A selector asks for team size (just me, 2 to 5, 6 to 10, 11 to 15, or 16 or more), and the plan shows more included users as the answer grows. A billing choice changes the amount again: monthly with no commitment, monthly with a one-year commitment, or annual prepaid. A dated promotion for new customers also appears.
That is why one number copied from an article can be wrong for your crew. This page lists no dollar amounts. Read them live with your team size and billing choice set the way you will pay, on the day you buy. Plans were read on October 23, 2026.
What each Jobber plan adds, in plain terms
- Core: online booking, quotes, invoices with online payments, a website, built-in reports and the app marketplace, shown with one user.
- Connect: adds automated client reminders, automatic payments, checklists, automated quote and invoice follow-ups, routing and GPS tracking, QuickBooks Online sync and time and expense tracking.
- Grow: adds quotes with images, optional line items, automatic time tracking, a Find a Time scheduling tool, job costing, two-way texting and custom automations.
- Plus: adds unlimited job photos and videos, crew scheduling, expense capture with profit alerts, custom reports, pipeline tracking, a marketing suite, an AI receptionist and dedicated onboarding. Onboarding sessions start on Connect and rise to unlimited on Plus.
Add-ons, user fees and payment fees: where the total grows
A user is anyone who opens the account at the office or in the field to view or manage the team's schedule, and each extra user carries a monthly charge. Three paid add-ons are listed: a marketing suite, an AI receptionist and pipeline tracking. Plus lists them inside the plan, while the lower plans show them as add-ons.
Card payments carry a processing fee on top of the plan fee, bank transfers have their own fee, and instant payouts cost extra. Plan fees exclude sales tax, according to the page. Add these to the plan fee before you compare tools.
Trial, billing and cancellation terms to read before you pay
The trial lasts 14 days with full access to Grow features, and the pricing FAQ says no credit card is required. Jobber's terms say a card is required for paying accounts and that billing starts the day after a trial ends unless you cancel first.
Monthly with no commitment ends at the close of the billing period when you cancel. Monthly with a one-year commitment keeps billing you until the twelve months are over. Annual prepaid is billed once, and the pricing page calls that first payment non-refundable. The terms add that fees are non-refundable, upgrades are charged pro rata at once, downgrades apply from the next billing cycle, and annual plans renew unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Is Jobber worth the fee? A break-even check with your own numbers
Break-even is the monthly fee divided by the average profit on one job. The answer is how many jobs a month the software must rescue before it pays for itself. A rescued job is a quote that gets answered because a follow-up went out, or a day that is not lost to a double booking. Late invoices are a timing problem, so judge them separately: count how many days sooner you are paid when reminders go out on their own.
The Federal Reserve Banks' 2026 report on small employer firms names rising costs as the most common financial challenge, and its nonemployer report finds firms with no employees less likely to be profitable than employer firms. Neither study covers home-service software, so treat them as context and let your own job count decide. A crew that loses a few quotes a month to silence has more to gain from follow-ups than a one-person crew with a full calendar.
Which plan level matches which crew
- One person, mostly quoting and invoicing: Core covers quotes, invoices and online payments. Move to Connect if unanswered quotes are the leak.
- An owner plus an office person or crew lead: Connect, with included users that match the people who need the schedule.
- A crew that wants job costs and two-way texting: Grow.
- A crew that wants crew scheduling, custom reports or an AI receptionist: Plus, bought through sales. Teams of 16 or more also go through sales.
